In a remarkable display of teamwork and vigilance, CCTV Operators at the JOC successfully monitored and reported a speeding vehicle, leading to the arrest of a suspect. Operators spotted a vehicle speeding at the Dana Bay Shell Garage. Without hesitation, they sprang into action, alerting Law Enforcement and the South African Police Service (SAPS). As the situation unfolded, operators closely monitored the vehicle’s movement, tracking it from Dana Bay to Louis Fourie Road, Crotz, and finally to Asla Park. Meanwhile, SAPS responded swiftly, chasing the vehicle ultimately apprehending one person.
